Therefore, Huaxuan Industry, formerly known as Yuyao Qilin Hardware and Plastic Factory, started from a few instrument punch machines, several hand pressing machines and a few employees. After 20 years of hard struggle and hard work, under the leadership of Chairman Yu Guoju, the company developed a four-step strategy, namely: Yuyao Qilin Hardware and Plastics Factory, Yuyao Juqi Electronics Co., LTD., Ningbo Huanxu Electrical Appliance Co., LTD., Ningbo Huanxu Industry Co., LTD. At present, it has become the leading enterprise in the power cable industry and the flagship aircraft carrier in the north of Yao region. It has established UL power cable Laboratory with a plant building area of 150,000 square meters and more than 300 international certification certificates for its products. Products are exported to the United States, Britain, Sweden and other countries and regions, annual sales of 500 million yuan.
In May 1994, the company founded Yuyao Qilin Hardware and Plastic Factory in Xiaoluxia Village, Simen Town, Yuyao City, with registered capital of 300,000 yuan and a factory building area of more than 300 square meters, mainly producing hardware and electrical parts, plastic parts, punching parts, instrument parts, etc.
In December 2001, in Semen Town, Yuyao City, Xiaolu Village established “Yuyao Juqi Electronics Co., LTD.”, the registered capital of 1.5 million yuan, factory building area of more than 10,000 square meters, the main production of power connectors, connectors, plugs, sockets, wires, hardware, plastic products manufacturing and processing.
In February 2004, Ningbo Huanxuan Electrical Co., LTD was established in Xiaoluxia Village, Semen Town, Yuyao City, with a registered capital of US $1.33 million, mainly manufacturing and processing of wire, cable, plug, socket, household appliances and lamps. At the same time, the factory expanded more than 10,000 square meters, the introduction of 9 sets of advanced PVC wire, rubber wire production lines, investment of more than 1 million yuan, the transformation of two old wire lines, the annual sales exceeded 100 million yuan for the first time.
In January 2015, Ningbo Huanxu Industrial Co., Ltd. was registered and established, with a registered capital of $8 million, mainly engaged in manufacturing and processing of wire, cable, plug, socket, household appliances, lamps, chip components, power electronic devices, optoelectronic devices, and new electromechanical components. Import and export of all kinds of goods and technologies, no import goods distribution business. (If it does not involve commodities under state trade administration, but commodities under quota or license administration, the application shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State). Meanwhile, in November 2015, Ningbo Huanxu Industrial Co., Ltd. completed a new factory building with a total investment of 150 million yuan in the Industrial functional area of Semen Town. The construction area of the newly built factory is 150,000 square meters, with 4 new wire production lines and 40 new horizontal and vertical injection molding machines. The annual production capacity is more than 100 million power lines.
The launching of Huanxuan Industry now not only enricheth the enterprise’s scale and grade, but also sets out Huanxuan Industry’s ambition of “Building a century-old brand and building a century-old brand”.
